Position Overview

Arrow Staffing is looking for a Graphics Associate! As a Graphics Associate you ll play a key role in the production of high-quality signage within the Graphics Department. Reporting to the Graphics Manager, you ll be responsible for the hands-on assembly of signs, preparing and applying vinyl substrates, and performing finishing tasks. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to quality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow layouts to apply vinyl or full-color prints on specified substrates.

• Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, laminating, and cleaning.

• Weed excess vinyl cut on plotters.

• Perform quality control checks by reading and interpreting work orders and proofing for accuracy (training provided).

• Conduct finishing tasks, such as laminating, cutting, and mounting printed products (training provided).

• Learn and operate equipment in the graphics department to assist the team (training provided).

• Assist in maintaining department equipment (training provided).

• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members.

• Unload, store, and inventory graphic materials.

• Maintain cleanliness in the graphics department as part of the team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Perform team-lifts when necessary.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems is helpful but not required.

• A strong willingness to learn; Universal Sign will provide full training for the right candidate.
