Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphics Specialist to provide expert graphics support to PEO C3T and PM TN. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the preparation of briefings, displays, brochures, and other materials essential for presentations and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of briefings, displays, brochures, and other related materials for PEO C3T and PM TN, ensuring they meet presentation standards.
- Review and synchronize briefings and materials developed by subordinate agencies to create cohesive presentations.
- Ensure consistency in theme, style, and format across all materials, making necessary changes to align with PEO standards and requirements.
- Support the preparation of literature and staffing of Visitors Bureaus for major exercises and demonstrations.
- Produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, presentations, packaging, and informative instructional materials using a variety of media outlets, including websites and CD-ROMs.
- Generate, manipulate, and integrate graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video using automated tools to create consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphics design software and multimedia tools.
- Experience in preparing high-quality visual materials for presentations and demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual communication principles.
- Knowledge of web design and development is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to ensure materials meet organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design or a related field; or additional 4 years of graphics experience in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of graphics support experience.
- Certifications in Office 365 and SharePoint are required.
- Must possess a valid Secret security clearance.
