Gravel Laborer - Nielson Construction

Seal Pros is currently seeking general laborers on our Grading & Gravel Crew. Laborers will perform tasks involving physical labor on the base layers of parking lots and streets. This is a seasonal position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Spread, shovel, and tamp to grade gravel and base course
• Direct trucks to deposit material into designated area
• Assist supervisor in measuring the job site
• Traffic control as needed
• Assist in job site clean up
• May occasionally be assigned to other responsibilities
• Maintain accurate timecards and paperwork
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• No experience necessary!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to work overtime – expectation of 40+ hours, including weekends as required 
• Some heavy lifting - minimum of 50lbs
