Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet all incoming customers in a friendly and inviting manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as soon as they enter the dealership.
Switchboard Operation: Efficiently handle incoming calls to the dealership, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
Information Provision: Provide basic information about the dealership's services, offers, and operation hours to walk-in customers and callers alike.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and welcoming, reflecting the professional image of Wally Edgar Chevrolet.
Customer Support: Assist customers with their initial inquiries and guide them to the appropriate person or department for further assistance.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments for customers and manage the visitor logbook to maintain a coherent flow of customer visits.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a retail or service environment preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude towards assisting others.
Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage calls and coordinate with different departments.
