Mangos Dockside Bistro is a family-friendly waterside restaurant located in the heart of Marco Island, The Esplanade on Smokehouse Bay. We offer breathtaking views of the water and serve delicious food made with the freshest Southwest Florida seafood. Join our team and be a part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What you'll do:
- Prepare and assemble salads and other cold dishes
- Fry various food items to perfection
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Salad / Fryer in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and nights
