Grounds and Exterior Maintenance Technician - Epworth Children's Home

Position Summary: Seeking technician to maintain all trees, hedges, mulch, and flower beds. Prep and paint exterior rails, trim and curbs. Ability to operate small tractor, mowers, power yard tools and climb ladders. Perform pressure washing and general beautification of 32 Acre campus and 10 Acre campus properties.

Education and Experience:

Grounds keeping and landscape maintenance 2+ years.

Small tools and painting 2+ years.

High school diploma or GED

Valid Driver license
