Groundskeeper, Full-time - The Woodlands Retirement Community

Job Description

We are currently seeking a FT Groundskeeper, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of groundskeeper/landscaping
• Mulching, edging, weeding, litter removal
• Use of weed eater, push mower, edger, pressure washer and other power equipment
• Use of Hand Tools, Shovels, Picks, Axes, Rakes , etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, kneel and have full use of hands during course of duties
• Must be able to work outside in variable weather conditions
