Pay and Benefits

• $18-20
• Full-time
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30am (accommodations may be available upon request)

Responsibilities

• Improve curb appeal and safety in communities by completing the following:
• Weekly grass cutting, weed whacking, pruning, branch maintenance, rock bed maintenance, mulching, and weeding.
• Plant, fertilize, and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and grass as needed.
• Complete snow removal and salting (as needed) for sidewalks, staircases, and entrances.
• Remove trash and litter from properties. 
• Clean and maintain common areas, amenities, and dog waste stations.
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver's license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases; traverse uneven terrain
