What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 month of related experience or training.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk the property frequently, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally handle heavier loads.
• Safety Awareness: Comfort with exposure to various environmental conditions and potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance: Oversee and maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Customer Service: Respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Equipment Management: Manage the care and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Cleanliness: Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment are kept clean.
• Compliance: Operate within OSHA and EPA standards, and adhere to Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintenance Tasks: Perform light maintenance duties such as preparing vacant apartments and completing simple work orders.
