Group Benefits Account Manager - Enrollment Services - Base Salary to 70k/year - Oradell, NJ

• Our client, a 10+ year enrollment services provider, is looking for a Group Benefits Account Manager to join their team in the Oradell, NJ area. They provide Voluntary Insurance Benefits, voluntary enrollment processes and payroll administration/billing services for employers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of employer accounts (30 or so annually) & implementing annual enrollment processes
• Work with the Sales Director, carrier, and client to implement enrollment & develop strategy
• Conduct status meetings
• Resolve customer complaints
• Manage enrollments using benefit administrative software
• Create sales material for onsite sales staff

Qualifications:

• Employee Navigator, EASE, or Selerix a plus.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus.
• Life & Health Licensed.
• 3+ year experience in employee benefits.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 55k – 70k/year range, plus bonuses.
• Health insurance, life, paid holidays, and PTO.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
