Group Exercise Program Manager - Ladgov Corporation

Location: Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA
Position: Part-time

Duties:

• Lead and manage a comprehensive group exercise program, coordinating and organizing classes at designated Robins AFB fitness centers.
• Schedule and oversee instructors to ensure a diverse and inclusive fitness experience.
• Maintain class quality through safe exercise techniques, regular instructor evaluations, and professional development.
• Ensure instructors hold up-to-date certifications, appropriate attire, and liability insurance while maintaining a safe, organized exercise environment.
• Track attendance and participation, and submit monthly performance reports to support program success.

Requirements:

• At least six months of experience instructing group classes of 20 or more participants.
• Certification from an accredited fitness organization.
• Current CPR/BLS, AED, and first aid certifications.
• Ability to conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and foster a positive, engaging class environment.
