Group Health Insurance Sales Manager - Allen & Stults Company

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Group Health Insurance Sales Manager to join our team! This position will manage an existing book of group health accounts (primarily NJ small Groups) and offer solutions to our existing loyal clients. Additionally, new business sales are generated by referrals from our P&C clients for small group sales, Individual Medical and Medicare clients.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of group health accounts (primarily NJ small Groups) and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Manage the renewal process and keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Resolve client inquiries and follow up with staff and customer service reps to facilitate a satisfactory resolution.

• Previous experience managing a small group book of business.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Valid NJ Life & Health License.
