What You’ll Do:
Boost Sales: Maximize group room revenue with innovative strategies targeting corporate accounts, event planners, and organizers.
Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with local businesses, travel agencies, and community groups to drive bookings.
Make an Impact: Create tailored proposals, coordinate events, and manage bookings from inquiry to post-stay.
Collaborate: Work closely with operations, front office, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Stay Ahead: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and create winning strategies to secure new business.
Lead the Charge: Represent Brookmere at trade shows and industry events, driving brand exposure and networking with key stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in sales with a focus on group bookings and room blocks
A knack for negotiating contracts and managing client relationships
Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals
Enthusiastic about attending industry events and promoting the hotel
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Required Experience:
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of (3) years proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, upscale boutique hotel a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
