Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
•
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
•
Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients
•
Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations
•
Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
•
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current and potential clients.
Manage accounts ensuring pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented
•
Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts
•
Maintain hotel relationships with key accounts to increase customer satisfaction and account revenue
•
Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
•
Articulate and leverage the benefits of the hotel to close sales opportunities
Perform other duties as requested by management
Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM software
•
Strong background in sales, outside sales, and account management
•
Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities
•
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
•
Demonstrated success in driving sales and business development initiatives
•
Passion for technology sales and staying updated on industry trends
