JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Group Sales Representative is responsible for supporting, servicing and communicating with Group Sales clients and providing administrative support to the Group Sales department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide day-to-day support as it relates to customer service for group sales clients. This includes prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all inbound & outbound customer communication – phone calls, emails, mail, etc.; Maintain high level of customer service to existing and new clients and assist the Group Sales department by streamlining communication including directing incoming calls to appropriate individuals after discovery conversation.
- Support the Group Sales team with data entry, assisting with service initiatives, responding to service related emails, and any additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist Marketing & Events team for specific theme night activation such as ticket packet giveaways and any pregame patio events.
- Plan and execute in-game special events and fan experiences to positively influence overall game day experience.
- Engages fans through phone, email, and personal interactions; provides customer service and collaborates with other team members to enhance the fan experience.

The Group Sales Representative must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities:
- Ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn required business systems.

- Availability and willingness to work game nights, weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education:
- High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
Experience:
- 0-2 years Related work experience.
- Experience with sales, event activations, and/or customer service is a plus.
Pay Scale: $15.50
