Position Purpose: This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Associate at Advocate Financial Life & Health Brokerage LLC. The Growth Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, presenting products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.

Physical Demands
- Primarily sedentary role with occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

- Constant verbal, written, and phone communication to exchange information.
- Regular in-person attendance, with the ability to distinguish colors and read close-up.
- Frequent public speaking and occasional travel within the continental US, with brief exposure to outdoor weather.
- Moderate background noise environment (keyboards, phones, talking).
