Growth Marketing Manager (CRM) - TEKsystems

Summary

The Growth Marketing Operations team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple services.

We are seeking a self-motivated and curious person who will be responsible for driving and performing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications for our Services team, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of services and products.

This position will work cross-functionally to develop and execute customer notifications for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization.

Key Qualifications

• 5-8 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle, and Responsys
• High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL is necessary.
• Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
• Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks
• Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls, and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment
• Great teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on partners
• Effective communication skills in all mediums—from Slack and email to presentations
• A passion for tech products and services and a deep familiarity with tech ecosystems of services and hardware

Description:

• Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
• Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables, and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
• Optimizing performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement.
• Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
• Identifying key opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.
• Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.

Education:

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience

Location:

• 3 days a week onsite (Tues-Thurs) in Culver City. No relocation included.

Additional Information:

• A SQL screening assessment will be administered before interviewing.
• 40hrs a week/5 days a week (not including PTO/HOL)
