Position Overview: 

Ready to be at the forefront of innovation in the insurance marketing realm? We are on the hunt for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in creating and executing on clever dynamic marketing strategies for both agents and consumers. This role is perfect for those who thrive at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and hustle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Agent Marketing: 

• Curate and continually enhance crucial elements for all agent onboarding journeys, ensuring each touchpoint is engaging and effective. 
• Innovate within our marketing funnels, introduce engaging elements like chatbots, create content marketing campaigns, and optimize drip campaigns that keep our agents hooked and happy.

Digital Marketing: 

• Architect and execute cutting-edge digital marketing acquisition strategies across a spectrum of channels, from the tried-and-true to the bold and new. 
• Be a marketing pioneer, always on the lookout for fresh avenues and technologies to amplify our marketing voice and reach. 

Content Marketing: 

• Develop content strategies that captivate key decision-makers within the insurance landscape. Think insurance leaders, agents, and critical partners. 
• Produce compelling content that not only informs but also enforces our brand’s authority and appeal. 

Martech and Analytics: 

• Dive deep into the data lakes of marketing campaigns and agent engagement metrics, emerging with actionable insights that steer future strategies. 
• Leverage analytics to fine-tune our marketing approaches, ensuring each campaign is more potent than the last. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• At least 2 years of stellar experience in digital marketing, showcasing a portfolio of successful multi-channel campaigns. 
• Adept in navigating marketing analytics and proficient with modern marketing tools and platforms. 
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for collaborative synergy across diverse teams. 
• Previous stint in the insurance sector preferred, with a keen understanding of the industry’s compliance landscape. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Analytical prowess paired with innovative problem-solving. 
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation technologies. 
• Capable of juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Creatively inclined with a strong emphasis on delivering impactful marketing outcomes.
