A Sneak Peek of Your Role
The Growth Marketing Manager will increase revenue through optimized paid campaigns, conversion rate improvements, and effective channel management for all Instinct Science products. You will play an integral role in building brand awareness by developing targeted, high-impact campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will also focus on budget management and conversion rate optimization (CRO), seeking to reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC) while maintaining lead quality.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve revenue targets from paid channels and meet or exceed Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals.
- Build collaboration processes with product, sales, and customer success teams, aligning early initiatives with broader business goals.
- Increase conversion rates on landing pages and website content.
- Grow market share and awareness within targeted veterinary segments.
- Reduce CAC through effective budgeting and testing new growth channels.
- Establish a stable, high-performing portfolio of paid campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
- Implement an SEO and content strategy that boosts organic traffic and engagement for our brands.
- Successfully integrate and execute campaigns that cross-promote the combined brands, capturing broader market share and engagement.
- Develop a reporting structure to evaluate ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key metrics across our marketing efforts.
Who You Are
- Must Haves:
- Advanced expertise in pay-per-click management, especially Google Ads and Bing Ads, for efficient budget use.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in data interpretation and reporting using Google Analytics or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO to drive landing page improvements.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills for clear cross-team collaboration and alignment on goals.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in healthcare technology or veterinary industry.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing for organic traffic growth.
- Experience with social media advertising beyond LinkedIn and Facebook, such as emerging veterinary channels.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and advanced analytics for multi-channel performance tracking.

Base Compensation range for this role is $ 110,000 - $120,000
