Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for growing consumer subscription businesses. This role involves working within a cross-functional team to drive awareness and attract new customers to a variety of new services and products through multiple marketing communication channels. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, adapting to an evolving ecosystem, and embracing new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition and marketing strategies for subscription services.
- Optimize programs through A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Create owned channel strategies and programs to drive large-scale awareness, discovery, and acquisition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance against key metrics, focusing on experimentation and optimization.
- Work with various teams to define and deliver projects on schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in developing acquisition strategies to optimize conversion, subscription, and revenue both on and off-platform.
- Strong understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Proven problem-solving skills, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead the development and execution of effective marketing programs.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful presentations at all organizational levels.
- Experience working under pressure on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Ability to contribute positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment and willingness to tackle various tasks as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of data and ability to review dashboards provided by analytics teams.
- Experience working closely with PMO, Operations, and business teams to build out campaign schedules, briefs, and prioritize opportunities.
- Familiarity with subscription-based access models and strategies for acquiring and activating new and former subscribers.
This role is ideal for someone who is strategy-focused and can support the acquisition and activation of new and former subscribers, improving the performance of marketing campaigns.
