The Global GTM Programs team runs critical cross-functional initiatives that will improve how we sell to and serve our customers.As a GTM Strategist & Program Manager, you will develop recommendations across a wide variety of go-to-market challenges, run fact-based analyses, and present to senior-level leaders for buy-in
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to scope programs, define critical paths to solving unstructured problems, and co-develop actionable recommendations
The ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of teams and personalities is essential.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the design of how ServiceNow interacts with customers and enable our Planning to be grounded in the long-term growth strategy of the business
If you have a stellar background in consultancy and tech, a passion for change, and an ability to work effectively with a diverse and driven global team, then we’d love to hear from you.In this role you will...Lead global programs for ServiceNow; work cross-functionally to structure problems, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations Develop program scope and objectives, actively manage roadblocks and risks, and deliver on business outcomesOrchestrate program execution, coordinate resources and deliverables across multiple workstreams and manage cross functional stakeholdersConduct discovery research, including stakeholder interviews and rigorous data analysesCreate presentations, playbooks, and other deliverables that summarize key findings, recommendations, and go-forward strategyProvide regular updates on the program to senior management stakeholdersEnsure the voice of the customer and the field is reflected in how we evolve the GTM across our businessDevelop trust with stakeholders while helping navigate complexitiesQualificationsWe are looking for...8+ years in similar positions at XaaS/SaaS technology company / top-tier strategy consulting firm, with clear ownership of strategic programs and outcomesProven track record of leading complex GTM programs or implementing global sales strategiesDemonstrated track record as a strategic thinker – able to work in the details and grasp the ‘big picture’Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross functionallyHighly analytical and intellectually curious about data analysis, trends, and insight generationProficient in Excel to conduct analyses; strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEnergetic self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high-growth environmentFocused on results, and able to identify the few key things that matter and drive action to see improvementsHigh levels of EQ, and ability to energise, excite and motivate othersCollaborative and keen to partner with a broad and diverse set of global stakeholdersFor positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $116,600 - $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure
Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location
We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
