Your Role
As a Guest Experience & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of our center, providing exceptional service while driving sales to help guests feel their most confident. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Educating guests about our exclusive waxing services, wax passes, and retail products, guiding them toward the best choices for their needs.
- Managing appointments and guest flow, ensuring smooth operations and a flawless guest experience.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, energetic personality with a passion for creating delightful guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to educate guests about services and products to help them make informed choices.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required—our top-tier training will set you up for success!
