WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Guest Services Ambassador is to greet incoming guests, provide excellent customer service, and create a safe and friendly environment for them.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests, visitors, and others with business at the hotel

Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, local restaurants, and entertainment options
-
Monitor activities at entrances and lobbies
-
Coordinate delivery of amenities to guest rooms
-
Provide luggage assistance, including assisting guests with other items to bring to their rooms.

Communicate the vision of The Admiral Hotel, including Le Moyne Chophouse and The Living Room.

Contribute to a positive, empowering work environment by consistently performing assigned day-to-day responsibilities

Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment to resolve issues as the arris

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
-
Complete all duties in accordance with property standards and adhere to all company policies and legal requirements regarding the safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property

Help cross-departmentally and with other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision
-
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience:
-
A combination of the following experiences would be ideal for this position: entry-level sales experience, guest services experience, and experience in boutique hotels.
