Qualifications:
Professional and team-oriented
Respectful of all visitors and able to provide exceptional customer service
Detail oriented and able to carefully track revenue and visitation numbers
Comfortable and proficient with point of sale systems
Reliable and committed to the position, the site team, and the mission of The Trustees
Able to multi-task and handle larger crowds
Able to work outside for extended periods of time when outdoor admissions station is in operation (typically weekends)
Other Requirements:
Background check required
Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
Comfortable with variable outdoor weather conditions
Will be working primarily indoors. The Great House is heated in the cold weather, but does not have air conditioning for the warm weather
Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting, and driving.
Able to climb stairs and stand for periods of time
Comfortable with variable outdoor weather conditions
Ability to lift 30 pounds required
You have the option to stand or sit on a stool with a back rest.
Position type and expected hours of work—full time or part time, typical work hours and shifts, days of week.
14-21 hours a week, with flexibility.
Flexibility to work holidays, evenings and weekends may be required
