Key skills:
- Solid hands on 5-7 years' experience with testing in Guidewire Billing Center testing.
- Resource should have in-depth knowledge of Guidewire PC BC.
- It would be ideal if the person also has some skills around managing offshore resources.
- Resource should involve in projects for testing Guidewire Policy Center, Claims Center and Billing Center.
- Worked on the latest version of Guidewire which comprises of, Guidewire Billing Center, along with Guidewire Policy Center, and Guidewire Claims Center.
- Created test plans and wrote test cases for Manual execution
- Work closely with members of the SCRUM team to translate the customers' business needs or Business Cases to a technical solution.
- Worked extensively on web-based testing and involved in UAT environment, pre-production environment and production environment.
- Defect reporting and bug tracking using Client ALM/Quality Center.
- Used Client ALM/Quality Center bug tracking tool to report application bugs and enhancements request and discussed with developers to resolve technical issues.
- Used SQL for Querying the database in UNIX environment for testing the business rules imposed on data movement.
- Skilled in data manipulation using SQL and knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies with an understanding of SDLC Experience in working with agile methodologies and active participant of SCRUM meetings.
- Tested various conditions pertaining to Guidewire internal Rating engine.
- Conduct Agile Scrum meetings to discuss project progress and plan.
- Extensively used the Client ALM/Quality Center tool for all the test management activities like Release Planning, Test Planning, Test case Execution, Requirement Traceability and Reporting.
- Managed Test results and defects using Rally defect tracking tool.
