About the Job
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience including 5+ years in managing Guidewire projects.
- Minimum 3 years Guidewire Technical Lead experience with managing and mentoring junior and senior developers.
- Experience in Guidewire configuration or integration role in any Guidewire modules will be an add on.
- Demonstrable experience as a Guidewire lead of an Agile development team accountable for delivering and maintaining complex technical solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
