Guitar Teacher (Sacramento, CA) - Ensemble Performing Arts

About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional guitar instructor to teach part-time at Natomas School of Music, our Sacramento, CA location. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON! Preference will be given to those with weekend availability and multiple instruments offered.

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. Candidates who can also teach piano, drums, or voice are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $27-29/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
