We're looking for physicians who are board-certified in Gynecology to help provide comprehensive care to our patients including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.
Our patients are choosing Allara because they want an ongoing relationship with an empathetic provider who understands their health needs. This is not a role to simply write prescriptions, you'll have an opportunity to build relationships with patients through video visits and ongoing check-ins.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care
- Complete training and adhere to company guidelines and policies
- Engage in preventative care and health promotion to enhance patient well-being
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week on the EMR conducting consults, answering patient questions, prescribing medication, and providing medical guidance as necessary
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Gynecology
- Minimum of 2 years of current and consecutive practice experience as an MD/DO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
- Strong "webside manner"
- Dedication to providing evidence-based care
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to simultaneously navigate multiple screens
- Experience using text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
