Depending on your experience, availability, and our additional incentives, your estimated earnings can range from $18 to $30 an hour. We offer extra incentives, including an additional $2 per hour for working weekends and a productivity bonus. This growing location provide excellent gratuity in addition to the hourly wage and incentives. We also offer flexible schedules to help maintain a supportive work/life balance for our team.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
