Hairstylist Assistant - 90210 - Vito Esposito Salon

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hairstylist Assistant to join our team. As a Hairstylist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced hairstylists and contribute to providing exceptional hair care services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist hairstylists with hair styling, cutting, coloring, and other hair care services
• Greet clients and offer them refreshments
• Shampoo, condition, and towel dry clients' hair
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Sterilize hair care tools and equipment
• Schedule appointments and manage client bookings
• Handle cash and credit card transactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a hairstyling program or relevant certification is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a hairstyling assistant role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different hair types and products
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
