You’ll have regular one-on-ones with your manager. Each month you’ll receive a quality check on a haircut and discuss your overall performance that month with your manager. Stylists at our Great Clips salon earned between $34.56 and $41.61 per hour last week. With a base wage of $22–$23 /hour, the average compensation across our 23 salons is $31.55 per hour.
