Position Overview: As a Handyman, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing renovation projects. This position requires a blend of hands-on work and leadership responsibilities, offering you the chance to advance into a supervisory role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and scheduling of subcontractors on-site.
• Collaborate with the project team to efficiently plan and carry out renovations.
• Work closely with the owner and Office Manager to swiftly resolve any issues.
• Perform various carpentry tasks, including finish work, framing, and the installation of crown molding, casings, baseboards, fixtures, and hardware.
• Utilize hand and power tools proficiently, applying knowledge of construction techniques such as demolition, framing, basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tiling, drywall, and painting.
• Lead the field team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate all on-site activities and maintain a safe, organized job site.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in remodeling, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and familiarity with job management software.
• Dependable, punctual, and physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs independently.
• Must possess a full set of hand and basic power tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time position.
• Competitive hourly rate of $30.00 - $38.00, based on experience.
• Eligibility for health insurance after 90 days.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
• Daily use of a company van provided.
