About the Job
The Handyman would be responsible for cleaning out rental units after the tenants have left and help prepare the unit to be rented again
This candidate must be willing and able to work in a variety of environments and under different conditions in order to do this job
May include tearing out soiled and stained carpets, moldy or mildewed walls and appliances and bagging up discarded items left by the previous tenants
- Standard 8 hour day, some flexibility available with start and end time
- $16 - $18 DOE
