Handyman, Light at IFS

Handyperson – Possesses a certain amount of mechanical or technical skill and devotes fifty percent

(50%) or more of working time in a building to work involving such skill.

Need to possess:

Strong plumbing skill. To repair toilets, sinks and fixtures.

Carpentry skill. Build shelves, hang picture frames, put together furniture.

Mechanical skill: repair equipment. Use Shop Vac, Power tools and equipment, climb ladder.

Able to do physical labor. Move furniture, supplies and shovel snow.
