We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all employees and visitors
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general carpentry, pressure washing equipment, removing trash and debris from workstations, sweeping, replacing filters and light bulbs, and other related assignments.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential maintenance concerns.
- Assist with minor renovations and improvements as needed.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring all maintenance equipment is in good working order.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
