About the Job
We are looking for a Hardware Associate to work with our IT Deskside Support team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, detail oriented and have a basic understanding of IT equipment such as laptops and monitors as well as experience with packing and shipping equipment. The Hardware Associates responsibilities include receiving in new shipments of equipment, assembling boxes of IT hardware for shipping to company employees, ensuring that each box is properly packed, labeled and shipped correctly.
