**Job Description** Systematically collects information from Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the development of The Handbook content Maintain content related to Oracle Systems Products, including Parts information that is made available to internal Support agents and Customers Requires attention to detail to make sure content accuracy is 100%, working with Support Deliver and Product Engineering teams Career Level - IC3 **Responsibilities** Work with Support Delivery and Product Engineering Teams to gather needed information to populate content Review change orders and other reports to ascertain what information needs updating in the content Update content, making sure the content is accurate.
