This role involves supporting the testing and development of Azure Cloud hardware by performing VNA measurements, assembling and modifying hardware systems, and ensuring equipment meets data center specifications. location: Redmond, Washington job type: Contract salary: $56.66 - 64.08 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: + Execute Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) measurements on test boards and engineering validation boards. + Assemble systems or test fixtures for measurement. + Add instrumentation to boards for high-precision measurements. + Perform soldering as needed to prepare boards for measurement. + Opportunity to build valuable technical skills in a low-stress, fun team environment. + Team culture includes casual group lunches and remote collaboration. Skills: + 5-7 years of VNA measurement experience. + 5-7 years of data center hardware experience. + 5-7 years of hardware assembly and soldering experience.
