Qualifications: 

• 3+ years’ experience in fine dining, Michelin preferred
• Effective communicator
• Up to date and passionate about culinary trends
• Excellent strategic planning skills
• Ability to adapt and lead change in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and a solid track record of leading high-caliber, upscale restaurants at a multi-unit level
