Head Golf Professional - Gpac

Position Overview:

The position promotes the game of golf through careful development of an operational structure and programs that provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Success in this role will be measured by the growth in membership, revenue, and in providing the highest quality service standards for our members. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be an ambassador of the club. Responsible for partnership with the GM for the hiring, training, and development of staff and promoting a positive company culture. 

Requirements:

• PGA Class A
• 2-5 Years of experience as a Head Professional or Assistant Golf Professional
• Self-Motivated Individual
• Strong organizational, Leadership, and Communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Focus on elevating the golf experience
• Planning, merchandising, instruction, and execution of yearly tournaments/events
• Promote the game of golf in the community to help grow reach
• Provide a high level of guest experience
• Communicate directly and efficiently with Events Director, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Superintendent, and General Manager
