About the Job
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead oversees all services provided by the business unit and functional HRBPs and ensures they drive talent optimization within the business units and functions. This position coaches HRBP teams in building meaningful and impactful strategic relationships with critical business leaders. The HRBP Lead seeks to build strong advisory relationships with the senior-most business leaders and provides direct strategic counsel and guidance to executive leaders and HRBP teams on ways to aid business leaders in aligning and executing HR strategies aligned with onsemi’ s business strategy.
The HRBP Lead will help HRBPs to proactively forecast the needs of the business, from a talent perspective, manage BU talent retention strategies, partner with the COE leads, and be proactive in partnering with leaders to develop succession plans. They bring best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making. The HRBP Lead reports directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
