The foundation of a connected world, it’s a network free of the limitations of the past, and flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of the changing world.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Enterprise Product Operations, you will be accountable for continuously monitoring product performance metrics, proactively identifying and escalating technical issues, and driving the definition and implementation of product enhancements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and operational teams to ensure seamless product delivery, scalability, and performance optimization. This role demands a highly experienced professional with a deep technical background in telecommunications, product lifecycle management, and operational excellence, capable of managing complex system integrations and ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of operations managers, and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountabilityCustomer Engagement: Work closely with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for product improvement initiativesCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, product management,  marketing, sales, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment and synergy across departmentsQuality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for telecom products, conducting regular reviews, audits, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectationsPerformance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics for telecom products, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the product operations team, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfactionSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in telecom product management, operations management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleSkills and Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of telecommunications technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirementsProven track record of successfully managing complex telecom product lifecycle projects from inception to completionStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectivesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partnersStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to make data-driven decisions and drive business resultsProject management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plusFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and telecom-specific tools and software applications (e.g., OSS/BSS systems, network management software) is advantageousSalary RangesCompensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
