Director of Consulting Services - Life Sciences Staffing - Remote

What You Do:

• Lead business development efforts both independently and collectively.
• Utilize your market knowledge to increase revenue and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain a strong network to generate business opportunities.
• Recruit, manage, and develop an internal sales and recruiting team.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support sales activities and achieve growth targets.
• Drive delivery operations to meet and exceed company growth objectives.

What You Need:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector with a solid book of business/network.
• Demonstrated success in growing contract revenue and developing consulting services.
• Proven ability to meet growth targets and inspire teams to reach their full potential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent business development acumen and market expertise.
