Main focus of our client is the development of the Incubator, which is currently in the strategy and business model formulation stage.The client has reached the "Active Development" phase and seeks someone with experience in similar roles to help shape and execute a realistic strategy.
Ideal Candidate
Experience: 5-7 years in a leadership role in marketing and product management.
Incubator Experience: At least 3 years in IT incubators.
Web3 Market Knowledge: Experience with the Web3 market.
Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 level or higher, plus native-level proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
Availability: Part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.

AI Agent Development: Testing revenue hypotheses through AI.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Craft and execute marketing and product strategies for the Incubator.
Product Management: Build and manage the Incubator’s product portfolio, define metrics and KPIs.
Marketing Execution: Plan and implement marketing campaigns, manage budgets, develop content strategy and branding.
Analytics: Conduct market research, analyze trends and user behavior, prepare performance reports.
Startup Collaboration: Evaluate potential startup projects, provide mentorship, and assist in market strategy.
Networking: Build industry connections, participate in events, develop the Incubator ecosystem.
Team Management: Build and manage the marketing and product teams, ensuring effective processes.
Innovation: Implement new approaches in marketing and product management, stay updated on emerging technologies.
Required Skills
Product Development: Manage products through their lifecycle.
Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
