Understand existing methodologies in place and make recommendations for improvements for implementations to become more repeatable and efficient.Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities across insurance accounting, performance measurement, reporting and related services, ideally prior experience with similar productsWork very closely with the Outsourcing and Software teams,Provide oversight of all projects
Track status of projects and provide guidance to implementation teams
Update key internal stakeholders on status
Work with senior management to help resolve any major issues & risksWork with Product Management to ensure product roadmap delivers align to project timelines, make recommendations for improvements that could make implementations more efficient and successfulWorking with Sales and business leaders to understand pipeline of implementations and projects, ensuring that teams are pro-actively preparing for the upcoming workloadsAllocate and schedule resources to projects, ensuring that they have the skills to perform the project activities that is required of themSupport Business Development & Solutions teams in winning new business – this includes supporting RFP completion, sizing implementations, client presentations or any other activity which aids the development of the Institutional & Investment Management businessLead the team effectively with focus on good people management practicesHelp manage the key performance indicators for the role including revenue, margin, utilization, client satisfaction, stakeholder satisfaction and employee morale.Provide financial forecasting and reconciliation to forecast and budgetWhat You Will Bring:Significant prior experience of delivering software implementation and / or outsourcing onboarding for insurance investment accountingFinancial industry experience, specifically strong industry background knowledge within Insurance accounting and operationsExperience defining, managing and governing project managementGood general knowledge cloud first multitenant architecture and deploymentsStrong judgment, risk & issues management, and problem analysis techniquesAbility to troubleshoot details while maintaining the “big picture” viewAbility to manage high pressure client situations and build trust with the clientsAbility to prioritize multiple simultaneous issuesAbility to present and communicate at a senior stakeholder level (internally & externally)Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical, product and business issuesSelf-motivated, “Find a way to get it done” attitudeOutstanding time management skills and attention to detailsThank you for your interest in SS&C!
