Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Internal Operations to oversee and optimize our internal processes. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategies and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the internal operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support the company's goals.
- Ensure alignment of internal operations with overall business strategy.
- Operational Excellence:
- Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for internal operations.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and optimize operational expenditures.
- Human Resources & Development:
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Leverage technology to improve operational processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Ensure the effective use of operational software and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools.
