A leading global energy company is seeking a Head of Market Branding to spearhead the development and execution of its branding strategy to enhance market growth and solidify a unique, impactful presence. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in brand management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities:

• Strategic Branding Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
  • Define and communicate the brand’s identity, positioning, and core values to enhance market differentiation and customer engagement.
• Brand Positioning and Messaging:
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure uniformity and integrity in brand presentation.
• Strategic Campaign Oversight:
  • Plan, direct, and execute high-impact branding campaigns that align with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to optimize and refine strategies.
• Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct and oversee in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Utilize market insights to drive strategic decisions and identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior leadership and other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure cohesive branding strategies and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and media to enhance brand visibility and support strategic initiatives.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage the branding budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of branding activities.
  • Track financial performance, monitor expenditures, and report on ROI.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for branding initiatives and regularly track progress against these metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on brand performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; An MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Extensive experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful branding initiatives
