In this role, you will shape and own our marketing strategy, working closely with go-to-market teams and leadership to drive adoption across our key segments and products. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategyAdvise executives and stakeholders on all things growth and go-to-marketBuild, develop, and manage a high-performing marketing team that drives business impactEstablish key performance metrics, along with the right infrastructure to measure successPartner with product and marketing to develop differentiated positioning and roadmapsBuild a demand generation engine that scales our impact and ability to experimentPartner with sales leadership to map and influence the buyer journey at every stepPartner with cloud partners, such as Google Cloud and AWS, on go-to-market strategies that deliver unique solutions for joint customersYou may be a good fit if you:Have 12+ years of experience leading growth and/or marketing at hyper-growth technology companies, with a proven track record in product marketing, growth marketing and demand generationHave experience leading B2B and B2C motions at scale, spanning self-serve to enterpriseHave excellent analytical skills and strategic acumenAre highly collaborative, able to partner effectively across the organization and build trust with both technical and operational teamsHave experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments and a proven track-record of developing and mentoring team membersStrong candidates may have:Strong executive presence; served as a senior leader within a company and has been influential with a diverse group of stakeholders in moving strategy forwardExperience in building and scaling a marketing organization from the ground upPassion for the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies and an interest in the future of workThe expected salary range for this position is:Annual Salary:$485,000—$535,000 USDLogisticsLocation-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
