Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our growth efforts by targeting businesses that need hiring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SaaS products, particularly to HR and recruitment decision-makers. This role is a unique opportunity for someone at the right stage in their career, offering compensation tied to equity and performance, with high growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting businesses in need of hiring solutions.
- Identify and establish partnerships, franchises, and other sales channels to leverage the sales process.
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR, talent acquisition, and related departments.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing materials and sales presentations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform sales tactics.
- Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure the platform meets market needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling SaaS products, preferably in HR tech or hiring solutions.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and hiring process, including common challenges businesses face.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and building partnerships, with experience managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
