Location: Skillman, NJ (2024) and Summit, NJ (2025 onwards).
Travel %: up to 5%
Pay: USD $168,000 - $289,000
What you will do
The Head of Strategy is responsible for the formulation, communication, and implementation of Kenvue's enterprise-level strategy working closely with our senior leadership team. In this critical position, you will identify opportunities to influence and impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Visioning - Manage the corporate visioning and develop overarching, enterprise-level strategic priorities for revenue growth, excess TSR, GP, capital allocation and efficiency, etc.; build, execute, and review strategic roadmaps for the organization
• Strategic Planning - Drive the weekly/quarterly/annual strategic planning process (e.g., 3YOP, annual reviews); prepare a strategic business plan that is based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, and competitive threats - and aligned with the Kenvue leadership team and Board of Directors; direct the production and collection of relevant financial, clinical, and market data necessary for the strategic planning process; Lead analysis to remain external focus on the evolution of the markets trends, competitive landscape to influence the long-term strategy; Lead strategic discussions with KLT members
• Strategic Initiatives & Orchestration - Lead and collaborate on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives; partner with key stakeholders to orchestrate the corporate strategy and execute initiatives across the organization; Oversee the execution of strategic projects and programs, ensuring they are delivering on time within budget and with the expected outcomes
• Objective Setting - Establish KPIs and annual OKRs to measure performance of the corporate strategy; align measures and metrics with the Corporate Secretary, Office of the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors; refresh the metrics on a recurring basis to ensure consistency with enterprise strategic priorities
• Performance Management - Establish reports and dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance; leverage the company dashboards to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility; review performance with key stakeholders in the organization, on a recurring basis, to generate an understanding and rationale for performance vs. KPIs and OKRs
• People Management - Manage, guide, and develop direct report(s) who are supporting enterprise strategy.
Key Working Relationships:
• Internal: Executive management, Board of Directors, Regional / Segment teams, Tech / Data, Finance, GCA, HR, R&D, and Growth sub-functions including ESG, Office of the CEO, and Corporate Development & Ventures
• External: Consulting firms
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• At least 12 years of working experience in corporate strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business development, or related fields
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving the strategy across a broad organization
• Experience in corporate strategy in-house leadership roles in consumer packed goods, retail or consumer tech organizations.
• Hypothesis-driven with strong ability to question, think through and solve unstructured problems
• Proven ability to synthesize and make meaning of large quantities of information
• Ability to draw conclusions and form points of view based on complex and varying data
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
• Credible and savvy individual, who has the executive presence to interface with executive management and influence key stakeholders all levels
• Strong analytical, written / verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (internal and external)
Desired Qualifications
• MBA, Master's Degree, or equivalent degree is highly preferred

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $168,000 to $289,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
